I have the psd files for a 6 page website that I need converted into a Wordpress website.

Here are the requirements

1. Needs to be clean well documented code.

2. Needs to be w3c validated.

3. Need to be able to control text and images in Wordpress admin.

[url removed, login to view] to be 100% bug free.

5. Needs to be fully responsive.

[url removed, login to view] to be compatible with all browsers including version 7+ internet explorer.

Budget is $150 max please only bid if you can do exact above requirements for out budget.

Will send site design upon request.
