Create a minimum of three design styles each for the Subdivision Entrance sign, the Vacant Lot sign, and the Available Project sign (based on the below specifications) 2. First Iteration - We will send back a list of proposed changes for no more than two of the designs submitted by any one coder (a coder from step 1 might get zero or two lists of proposed changes) 3. Second Iteration ??" if necessary, we may make additional comments/change requests after reviewing the first set of changes 4. Deliverable ??" SEE BELOW Phase 2 - Max Bid $150 per coder/designer NOTE: This will be a separate private bid or bids awarded directly to the winning designer or designers from Phase 1.
