Clean Design for blog, Easy flow maximize revenue

I have a blog at [login to view URL], its very clustered, slow loading, and doesn't have a clean n neat flow, I need someone to properly design the blog, which is easy to flow, nothing too fancy, just easy on the easy and elegant , and maximize revenue google ad and other options they can come up with. The blog also has a amazon store on one of its pages so that needs to be kept in mind as well. Its nothing too big simple work
