Hello sir, I'm experienced and enthusiastic wordpress developer. My works you can see in my portfolio. I am definitely not from India, neither from Pakistan or Bangladesh :) Have you already purchased UDesign theme? I haven't worked exactly with that, but don't see principal difference between UDesign and any other theme. I often don't sleep at night time, and this is US business hours, so I'm online. - You will build a site based of off a psd mockup - this isn't very clear for me, you just told that you have theme...
