Build a Website

I want to create a website for an Entertainment company it will have features as follows - Welcome page which will have a flash image on the page under the tabs section. - Services page, this page will describe the different services that the company will be providing. Each with a fancy link that directs them to each particular service. - A page where music can be posted by the admin and users can download from. - A page that connects to the Company's facebook page for users to see pictures and etc - A "booking page" such as a page where users can use drop down menus and text box to submit their needs and contact details. - A contactus page with a map widget - Nice colours (Black and gold is preferred), I have a logo that i will like to be perfected. I have a .png image of the sample i will like. - A page where registered users can post threads, maybe like the facebook page where users can comment or like.
