Objective: Connect US Boat Dealers with Boat Surveyors (Inspectors) and process work orders fast and efficiently
Step 1 – Create platform where we can upload manually Surveyors e-mail addresses and send out 1 pre-designed e-mail offer “Join Boat Survey USA - to Receive Quotes for local Survey in your Area or zip code”
Once e-mail is sent to all 5,000 Boat Surveyors and surveyor received e-mail offer to join with a link to the form to create an account: Company name, Surveyor name, e-mail, Tel, Address, zip code, Type of surveys practiced (total 4 types) need to check mark 1-4 options, radius from that zip code (ex.10, 50, 150, 500 miles), also how surveyor wants to receive new survey quote: via e-mail and/or text message (sms) or both. Once profile created it saved in the system

Once e-mail is sent to all 5,000 US Boat Dealers and they received e-mail offer to join with a link to the form to create an account: Company name, Dealer name, e-mail, Tel, Address, zip code, type of account requested: pay per single listing or monthly membership fee (for larger companies). Once profile created it saved in the system
Step – 3 The process overview:
Surveyor wants to post a new survey, he clicks “Post New Survey”, check mark a type of survey, check mark additional options needed, when he needs it: survey address, specific date or date range or by specific date, uploads a boat picture, create a survey title with Year, make, model of the boat being surveyed, buyers name on his file, salesman name who post it.
Then click “Post It”, Boat dealer needs to have a screen with all active surveys under his account, can sort them by status: active, complete, pending, etc. They can change status of survey, accept surveyors offers and pay with credit card on file or paypal account. Need to see all Invoice were paid by month, etc.
If boat dealers credit card expired, system sends out a notification automatically to add new card, other notifications also like :your survey quote has been accepted”, change of survey status, payment processed etc.
Additional features:
US Boat Dealers may need an option when post surveys to send a shipping quote to: 3 pre-qualified by Boat Survey USA boat shipping companies e-mails and or Boat Shipping companies of their choice and to communicate with them with one click, they will enter a boat final destination country to receive also boat shipping quotes, if they decide to (optional service) for boat dealers.
