Build a Clean Membership Website (2) with Database

Two websites will be simple and clean, of very limited pages, and each have a email sign-up and membership signup. Client-side website will be a public landing/squeeze page to market the concept graphically, video, and limited text to attract/collect client email addresses. Information page will be behind login and provide details about the program to the user. Agreement page will collect client information, confirm acceptance of agreements, provide list of products requiring staff action, and payment transaction. Staff-side website will be a public landing/squeeze page to market the concept graphically, video, and limited text to attract/collect potential staff email addresses. Information page will be behind login and provide details about the program to the user. Agreement page will collect staff information, confirm acceptance of agreements. Product page will show Client's products requiring staff attention from database. Back-end: 2 log ins: Client-side and staff-side Database of client info and staff info provided by members Client Side: (Staff side would be similar) Email to thank for interest Email verification process of original signup Email verification of order Email at completion of order Database will include email address, mailing address, username, password, small product list from client (usually 1-5 items), staff nickname, list of products selected for service by staff member (1-50 items) with a pending/complete status and an accepted/rejected status, etc. Auto-Email of pending tasks to staff members as they occur Auto-Email of completed tasks with accepted/rejected status to staff members as they occur Additionally, payment tracking from client, and to staff, is required. No need to reinvent the wheel. Don't build systems that are already available for free (paypal, etc.) Anticipate that this list is a general concept and that other associated development for site to properly option will be required and is included within your proposal. PLEASE PROVIDE A SEPARATE PRICE FOR WEBSITE WORK AND DATABASE WORK IN CASE WE WANT TO HIRE TWO DIFFERENT FREELANCERS TO OBTAIN THE BEST PRICE. WE UNDERSTAND THAT A COORDINATION FEE MIGHT BE REQUIRED IF THE WORK IS SPLIT. Completion percentage and rating will be strong considerations along with fee cost.
