commercial web cam online show & movie preview/sales, payments processing

I am looking for professional biuld web site for online web cam show. There will be male/female models on this show from all over the world. Maine page probably will consist of all available webcam models previe in live stream. Models need to have an access to the online chatting with viewer. All messages must be saved, also there need to be an administrator to be able to manage and consult models.
