I need an online 'directory' built. This directory has some unique features which I won't elaborate on at this time, but anyone who is bidding must know how to work with many different file formats and how to create a secure site while keeping the server secure from hackers and viruses. Here are some skills you must have: -you are familiar with creating directories that include a search engine -you have worked on projects that deal with uploading many different file formats to a website -you are able to create a membership site that is secure -you are able to create a file uploading feature for a website while being able to keep the server secure against hackers and viruses -you are familiar with creating software or websites that can create PDF files -you are able to create an admin area that allows the admin to manage all aspects of this project -you are able to add an affiliate program to the membership site -you are able to add a mass emailing feature that is able to queue up timed messages to the admin as well as features to manage the website's members -you are able to add ecommerce shopping cart to the site -you are able to stay onboard providing support over the long term of this project ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
