Design Flash / PHP Website

Hi, I need a new Flash Media website (6-8 Pages) designed. It will be a Financial Services websirte used to capture a clients attention & interest through a PPC marketing campaign. It will therefore require a simple but effective submission form to be created for each product (PHP/MySQL, CSS and Javascript experience required) The website must be optimised to search engine requirements for key words such as Insurance, Loan & Mortgage. Also it should be able to track a returning visitor via cookies, send emails to mutiple email addresses upon form submission (the contents of the form formatted as an email message and sent to mutiple emails). Javascript checking if form is completed is required. All Graphics and icons should be created in both 24*24 aswell as 64*64 (Not just resized) All Graphics and Images must follow the same style and be unique NO IMAGES from other websites will be accepted Some existing websites that I like are: [login to view URL] [[login to view URL]][1] [login to view URL] In your bid please post at least one example of similar work in the form of a link not a zip or archive file. Any should be available for future updates. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
