Dating Site with video and chat

Looking to start a dating site with advanced features like video chat and instant messaging thru the site. A good example is something like [login to view URL] Currently I have the dating software script [login to view URL] and would be interested in using that script. You would need to update the messenger (comes in flash) and implement and video chat type system. Looking for some good quality work. Good for people from Pakistan, India, Romania and other countries. Current bid is what im looking to spend but there is no limit really as long as the work is good. I think what I posted is resonable for someone working in one of the countries above. I also speak hindi/urdu/punjabi so if theres any difficulties no need to worry.
