Comunity Site with profiles and forum with video chat

Small comunity website with profiles, must have intergrated video chat (possible bought from third party if coder carnt do this, and then can be intergrated) basic forum, not fancy like phbb, and intergrated event suit with desc pics and other items, ## Deliverables We currently use a free software for this but we are aiming to turn this free site from a project that comes out of my pocket to a business and we would liek the project to have some sort of payment things with in it. We would also like the coder to be able to stay with us as in to advance the business with the possibilites of making it bigger and addning new features where possible.
