Classified Project

Hello to all you coders out there. After numerous searchs on the internet I found a classified program called Rapid Classified, site is [www.**rapid****classified**.com][1]. Since I am not code minded I'm having a hard time setting this up on a website. I need someone to set this up for me online. What I intend to do in the near future, is to amend some of this coding to have a classified site. This would be part two, and would be given to the same coder if he succeeds in this first one.
