Build a Virtual Hairstyle Application

Hey Freelancers, I'm building a site based on Joomla (though I don't require you know Joomla) that will be used to see what a person would look like with different hairstyles. A user would upload a photo and where they can superimpose hairstyles from a database. If I could have exactly what I wanted I would have this: [login to view URL] What I need you to do is build a Flash Application to the same level of sophistication and usability. I'm pretty much looking for exactly this Flash Application. I'll change the design myself after you submit the .fla. I want this to be easy to update - so I can upload hair photos and descriptions later. Aside from your main project bid, please tell me how much you would charge per hour for maintenence if I needed any changes when the project is over. I'd also really appreciate a realistic timeframe for delivery of the final product and a demonstration of your most professional programming creation, preferrably flash.
