BANNER DESIGN FOR AN AUCTION WEBSITE HOMEPAGE

I do have an auction website (PHP PROBID) and i need a homepage banner for the website. This is one of those banner that has tabs and several different banners within on. I will upload an image sample and if you would like to look at a working sample, go to [login to view URL] This is one of the several jobs we have that needs to be done on the website and we would like to work with the same person as much as possible. I would like a quick turn around time, I will provide you with the necessary information when i honor the project. Please ask if you have any questions before you bid. The budget for this project is $30.00 as this is all the funds we have on freelancer. Bids over $30.00 will not be considered.
