Develop a web based FB app

This web based Facebook app will require no SSL Certificate. All it requires to work will be a domain name and hosting. Kindly research the requirements and see if they are possible as requested for the app. When user allows the app, the app will do these things; 1. Store user details in the app panel for further use wall posts. 2. Posts update to the user wall (not his feeds) immediately after he allowed the app and can also post to his wall (not his feeds) any time we want to post updates to his wall. The updates will be posted to his wall as if the user posts it to his wall himself. 3. Sends message to the inbox of the user immediately he allowed the app and can also send message to the inbox of the user any other time we choose to send message to his inbox. 4. Send notification to all friends of the user that allowed the app. The custom notification message will prompt his friends to LIKE our Facebook fanpage and install the app.
