I would like a launchpad application. I have many independent applications and would like one central application to start all of them. This is the process: 1) user starts "launchpad". ---- application connects to file server. ---- gets list of available applications ---- displays them on the "launchpad" 2) user clicks on the application icon 3) "launchpad" retrieves application files from file server and launches application. 4) user will repeat step 2 & 3 for other applications. NOTES: Applications on file server should be identified with an xml file, which would store Application name, location, Icon, and startup file. The name is the name of the app to be displayed, the location is the folder where everything for the app should be stored. The icon is the name of the icon file that should be shown. The startup file should be the name of the file that will be run, either .bat or .exe.
