A Web Editor (simple content management tool - CMT)

We would like to create a very simplistic Web content management tool (it’s more of a web editor rather than a complete tool) for the support of a web application that we have already developed ourselves. We require the development under .NET platform using C# or VB.NET, and SQL Server (for RDBMS). Thre tool should be able to perform add, delete, edit, activate and deactivate. A small description of the application follows: The application consists of a web editor where a content manager (administrator) can insert, edit, delete, activate or deactivate items from the database. Each item, that we want to be edited by the web editor, is a single entry in a database table, having some relationships with secondary tables in the db. Here is an example in order to understand the requirements: We have an entity called ‘beaches’ (storing information about popular beaches) and we want to make sure that a content manager of our web application can insert, edit or delete beaches from the database. Beaches have some attributes (Fields in the database) that describe them like name, size, etc. and some relationships with other tables like the prefecture that the beach is located at, photos, videos, links, etc. It is much easier to realize what we are asking for by accessing the attached files containing a database schema and a user interface design of the application. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform "Windows XP", "in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape and Mozzila"
