C# Encryption Utility

**_Encryption Utility_** We need an encryption utility that will use machine info as well as an encryption key hashed together to encrypt and decrypt a string. This must be written using the .net framework 1.1. 1. GetMachineInfo method needs to return the computer name and the hard drive serial number. 2. Decrypt method will use this machine info as well as a passed in encryption key together to hash its own internal encryption key and return a decrypted string. 3. Encrypt method will use this machine info as well as a passed in encryption key together to hash its internal encryption key and return a encrypted string. Function Descriptions: GetMachineInfo() Get the computer name and hard drive serial number and return those two strings concatenated together. Decrypt( EncryptionKey, String ) Retrieve the Machine Info and the Encryption key. Hash these together, decrypt and return the decrypted string. Encrypt( EncryptionKey, String ) Retrieve the Machine Info and the Encryption key. Hash these together, encrypt and return the encrypted string. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
