Display a DirectX .X file of a 3D head with an (code generated) BMP texture mapped on the top of the head.
Your code (visual studio 2003) will load and display a .X file of a 3D head, where the top bottom of the head will be textured with a BMP picture.
Displaying a .X file of an 3D object is not difficult, there is plenty directX code around that does that. The trick is that the texture bitmap (for instance 128x128 or 128x64 pixels) will not be loaded from the .X file but will be generated on the fly within the C++ source code and needs to mapped on this 3D head object. (See example JPG).
To give you an idea, we need the following functions:
-Init DirectX (...) for display in a windowed fashion
-LoadXFile( CString csFileNamePath )
-ApplyTexture( BYTE * pyPixelBuffer, Width, Height etc...)
-RenderHead(...)
We first need to know if you are able to handle this project and finish it within about 4 weeks, before we will supply more details. Budget: US$ 500,-
## Deliverables
