Design and rework 2 HTML pages

I would like someone to help me modify and rework 2 HTML pages which I have prepared in Dreamweaver. these will ultimately go on to my Joomla website. I am not a programmer, and had very basic knowledge of Dreamweaver. I require these pages to be formatted so they include video, images and and although responder.
