I am working on developing a web based software solution for a large company that I am doing a consulting project for. The program will allow users of the site to login and post thier ideas, then other users can rate thier ideas on a scale from 1 to 5. The best ideas will be listed at the top. Also users can make comments and suggestions about the ideas. Its very similar to a discussion forum/community. I have a programmer who is going to write the scripts in the Ruby language. I am looking for a web designer who can take these scripts and design a user interface. I am looking for the "clean style" not real fancy graphics, no flash. The site will basically have a "home page" where the users can view all of the entires (by thier subject and a brief sentence)and sort them by date or subject or search through them for key words. The "entry page" will feature the full entry along with all comments posted by individuals. My programmer needs a mock up so he can begin designing the backend. We need to have the whole site up and functioning and running by Nov. 3rd.
