Database: Sort/group/query data

I have some data in an Excel-file. I need to get the data reorganized for further needs. The data are contact-informations ordered in groups. I need to sort the data in groups. Your job will be to make some sort/queries in OpenOffice Base og Calc. ## Deliverables Download the zip file and take a look. Overview: 1. People signed up on-line for a competition. Their contact-information was saved as an XML file. 2. The people had to sign up in TEAMS. 3. Each team consists of 3 to 5 people. 4. Each team has a TEAMNAME 5. Each teammember had to fill in: Surname Family name Street Housenumber ZIP-code City Phonennumber emailadress What they study Studynumber Where they study Studylevel (bachelor, master, ph.d.) Gender and a comment 6. The form was saved as an XML file. **PROBLEM:** I need to reorganize the data in the following matter: 1. I need to be able to show all TEAMS. (download the ZIP file and take a look at **[login to view URL]**. If must have the same information like in this file) 2. I need to be able to see all TEAMLEADERS only. (download the ZIP file and take a look at **[login to view URL]**. If must have the same information like in this file) 3. I need to see all the studylines and universities. (download the ZIP file and take a look at **[login to view URL]**. If must have the same information like in this file) **REQUIREMENTS** 1. I need some kind of "tool" from you which works with OpenOffice Cals or base so I can sort the lists easy. 2. The tool can be a macro, query, filter or whatever. 3. I cannot give you the original datafile with the real names. Your solution must be able to import or read the original file so I can produce and update the list myself. The fiel called "[login to view URL]" is a 100% copy of the original file, just with fake informations. 4. The result for me must be like this: a. I have the original XML file which I can import in Excel or Calc. The result looks like "[login to view URL]". b. Then I can import/load the file into Calc, Excel or Base. c. Your product will help me to get the result I want easy and painless (macro, filter, query). It must be quite automated so I don´t have to do many things manually. d. Whatever kin of solution you come up with, it must be: 1. used by an average user with average program knowledge. 2. The result must be presented in Calc or Excel so it can be imported to other applications. **NOTE:** 1. The column (ID) shows the TEAM-NUMBER. E.g. all persons who have the ID 52 are all in team 52. DOWNLOAD THE ZIP-FILE TO SEE WHAT I WANT: 1. The file called **[login to view URL]** shows you the raw data 2. All other files shows you what kind of results I want. The layout is up to you. I just need the stucture so I can import the results in other programs like newsletter-apps and other programs. So it´s more important that you get the idea of what I need.
