Custom support system for website

A system for managing support issues. The system shall have the following features: 1)Receive all emails to the support email address (including attachments). 2)Receive support calls from a web form. (including file uploads). 3)Allow users to register for an account. Registered users can log in and view their support issues and any answers they received. 4)Provide password reminder to users. 5)Track questions and answers for same email address (e.g., handle multiple support calls from the same email address). 6)Differentiate between calls from registered users and anonymous users. 7)Support different ticket statuses. 8)Allow displaying FAQ pages when certain keywords exist in the use questions. 9)Provide statistics and ticket search features. 10)Easily 'skin-able' to any website design. The system can be written from scratch, or based on existing forum or support ticket management code. There are several open source PHP codes for handling customer support issues. If you are familiar with any such system, it can be a good way to speed the design in this project, taking it as a starting point. The attached document includes full description of the system. Please review it. When bidding, please explain how you intend to develop the system, and if so, on which code you intend to base it on. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) ready to be installed on a shared host. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) To demonstrate functionality, the system should run on a web server (on your host). 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
