Crystal Reports modification

I have a report that I wrote in Crystal Reports 8.5 Windows, which needs two minor amendments: 1) The report shows records in the dbase files that are marked for deletion. This should be amended so that my CR report does not show records marked for deletion 2) One of the fields, is in this format: EM5203 (Disc Title) 8fhfdvn8f94m EM5204 (Disc Title) 9fhudvn7gj4m etc. I need to remove that string after the close bracket, on each line. The field data is always in this format, so simply not showing anything between the close bracket and carriage return will work. 3) I am currently displaying the contents of a field, with a text string in front of it but IF THE FIELD FOR THAT CONTACT IS EMPTY I want to display a different message. This job is very, very simple for someone who knows Crystal Reports :) ## Deliverables 1) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
