Copy a website

I would like to make a very similar copy of [login to view URL] . The main goal for the site is to capture leads from customers wanting military mortgages (home loans). My new site will be called [login to view URL] This Site consist of about 6-8 pages all following the same template theme. There are a few forms that need to be include that can be lifted from the site. No database work will be needed, I will tie the forms into the database afterwards.
