I would like a simple but professional looking site that will allow professional a/o licesnsed persons to sign up to be in a database of service a/o product providers.
The site will need to accept payments from these business or indivduals who want to be a part of my database. Individuals that need services a/o products can search by profession or product according to zipcode.
I want the site to be nonflash, simply a site that will load on any type of ISP connection (dial up or broadband) easily with little time delay.
The contractor database will need to be able to hold certain types of information: such as contact info, photos, and the ability for the contractor to insert a hyperlink to take them to their own website.
In my admin area I need to be able to dowith ease, adjust pricing, review each entry before being added to the database, add/delete professions that are offered.
Also I need a payment method (pay pal or an internet payment company. I don't want to have a merchant account).
I would like to have a login for contractors, a page for testimonials, a FAQ page, a page that gives basic do it yourself info that I can edit and the ability to place ads for businesses on each page (banner ads).
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
