This project is to develop a Computer Support website in PHP + MySQL. This website has several parts: 1) Client Support Request - Client describes a problem they are having with their computer and provides a method of billing (merchant account, not a third party biller) 1a) Approval of job completion area. 2) Technician Area 2a) Creation of Technician Account (Username, Payment Information, Skills, etc.). 2b) Search, View & Respond to Client Support Requests 3) Administration area 3a) Review disputes, search/delete/edit support requests. 3b) Payments page, tracking how much each technician earned and paying every four weeks. 4) Frequently Asked Questions, All copy will be provided. 5) Design, I need something that is simple but looks decent, I can provide minimal help with this. What's already done ------------------------ 1) Many database tables have already been created 2) Some code for Client Support Request form 3) Database, query caching, sessions, smarty classes already written and in use in written code. 4) Some Smarty templates 5) A logo for the website I am a programmer but I don't have enough time to finish this project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
