Claims Database in Access.

I need someone who really knows Access, SQL and VB coding, inside and out, and who has worked on complex database design and implementation before. Although the number of transactions are minimal, what we need to do with these transactions requires multiple calculations based on changing critieria. I need the database to open strictly in Switchboard view with no access to the tables or database objects (cannot even view it). I want to be the only one with access to making any changes to the program. Users should only be able to enter/change data, run reports and use forms. This will currently be used on a standalone computer. I need the naming conventions used as per the file to be uploaded soon (coder must understand what these all represent or are used for). I will upload the current tables and other files upon your request and after I review your qualifications. Please send me samples of Access database work you have done previously (screen shots are okay) I will also upload for you the information about the database. Please ask any questions necessary so I can provide the information you need. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, with complete forms, queries, switchboard and reports. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
