Changes to a PhpNuke Module (repost)

Unfortunately I accepted and paid for a coders work before I fully tested it and now I find that it does not fully work. Since the coder has not responded to my emails, I am hoping that someone else can help me. What I require is for someone to fix the following with my PHPNuke 6.5 module Trivia-Links. 1> The module is susposed to allow me to use a link to invoke a new window containing a trivia game. This does not work and needs to be fixed. 2> I require the module to notify me when someone submits a new game. 3> There is a java timer clock that counts down for questions - it is not working properly but rather continues counting into negative integers. 4> I want the module to use its own css style sheet as opposed to my own sites. 5> I would like for the main [login to view URL] that is displayed to users to offer the menu options of veiwing the highscores and create new game. 6> If you could pretty up the display a little bit - that would be fantastic. 7> Provide a new install that does not require sh and clear instructions for the complete module. The code and original requirements document is attached.
