CAD conversion of sketched or scanned floorplans

I need a developer that can convert scanned or sketched floor plans to fully rendered and colored CAD artwork. This artwork will be utilized in our interactive floorplan virtual tours. The plans do not have to be 1005 accurate, just representational. We have legal disclaimers to protect the artwork provided.I have provided a sample piece that is representative of the artwork that our company was producing with a previous developer. I am looking at around $100/ per week to start and it can go up from there if you have the talent. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
