The business already has a website so all content is done. The business wants an updated site with better graphics and a good flash introduction. There are approximatly 25 pages to this site. They will all use the same template you design. Header graphics may vary or be random on the pages. All graphics are already picked. You may have to do basic work to fade them around the logo or match to your design we pick. There will be NO logo design for this project. We already have a logo. To complete this project you will produce a template that pleases our management. You will provide 5 choices to start with. If we do not like these we will sketch a design for you to start from. There will be a single contact us HTML fourm to send an email included in this site. There will be minimal graphics included in the content of the site. There should be a news section that is easily updatable by a general webmaster. There should be a products section that is easily updatable by a general webmaster. There should be a white papers section that is easy to update and add PDF white papers to as well. All other parts of the site are generally static. Design look and feel are key here. We need to look cutting edge with a great flash intro. We work in the aerospace industury so please note if you have any experience in this field. We look forward to the quotes.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
