Blog and Website Updater and Information Reporting

We have a large network of websites and blog sites that we own and manage. We need a tool that will take our content and update our websites that we specify, as well as gathering information from some of our sites that have been updated by users and report that information back. This is a basic and simple tool. We will provide exact detailed specifications upon bid acceptance. In general, we will have 4 content fields which will update to a specified list of our websites. We will need to be able to have the tool inport the 4 fields of content from a data file we provide, and then update that content to a list of our websites that we provide as well. The tool will need the ability to use our proxy servers if we specify while updating. The tool will also need the ability to gather and report back data from two areas of some of our websites that are updated by users. The data to gather and report back is simple and we will specify it exactly. Please let us know if you have any questions. We are seeking an experienced coder with a high rating, good rent-a-coder work history, and who can provide us with a demo of a similar tool or a tool which demonstrates the skills necessary to complete our project from previous work experience. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
