We are seeking someone experienced in bulk SMS over Voip sending. We need an expert who can guide us to develop an application that makes sending bulk sms in a multiuser system, we have already created. We will choose the company that will provide the structure for voip shipments, we just need to know how to structure that connects with voip operators to shipping. We have an estimate of 100,000 for sending sms per month to a maximum cost of $ 0.04 (in Brazil).
