Administrative Back-end interface needed for flash gallery site

Please note: This project requires an in-person meeting before project begins, Washington DC AREA CODERS only please. Creative back end web interface needed for high quality flash photography gallery website. Interface may be designed in PHP/SQL, but let us know if you have other solutions. Interface should allow user to modify the flash site in the following ways: -Change colors, navigational text, logo -Add and remove new galleries, and add photos to galleries though upload of high -res JPEG files, which interface will automatically resize, compress, and create thumbnails for through users specifications -Modify informational text of site, allow changes in font style -Change contact info -Change page titles, meta tags Programmer should also be able to add the following to a flash site, either in flash or otherwise as neccesary: -Shopping cart/credit card payment/e-commerce solutions -Interactive Blog -Contact Forms -User-modified calendar Please note, this is a creative, high-end job! The interface you created will be replicated to modify many additional flash gallery sites, resulting if future gigs if you like. Interface must generate content to match the aesthetics of the site, and the back-end should be graphically pleasing, so some creative and design experience is a plus, but not necessary as other designers can be employed to modify the look. Please send specific examples of any work you've done that demonstrate any of the skills needed. Do not send only a general portfolio website, or a generic email! A back-end for a flash site in action (or screen shots) would be a huge plus. And please state how you would go about creating the interface, including what web languages would be implemented. An in-person meeting & consultation in the DC area will be required to discuss the project, at which point we can discuss price. But feel free to bid a very rough approximation of cost, given the current design ideas. (Coders will be well compensated.) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All current Mac & Win browsers, including IE, Firefox, Safari & Opera
