ActiveX for image upload

We need to create an ActiveX that will reside on a HTML page and allow a user to select a number of images (.gif or .jpg) on His/her local disk. After the images are selected, they should be scaled down in size, optionally rotated, converted to JPEG and then all transmitted to our server using WebService calls. A specification detailing this is included. ## Deliverables 1) Delivarables according to the enclosed spefification 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win98 and up, IE 5.01 and up - further detailed in the attached specification.
