Access Database enhancements

Take a current database and fix all the problems with adding , deleting, modifying records. Enhance functionality to allow to add records to the master table while automatically locating existing records from the sub tables and/or automatically adding records if they don't exist in the sub-tables. There are 2 master forms (Dock Receipt and Master B/L WSA Customer) all other forms can be ignored and updated in another bid. If needed the structure maybe changed and or altered to help constructing a more robust interface. The main forms are Dock Recept, Master B/L. I would like to have the main form capable of doing data entry and that each group of fields that have a [+] be entered individually if the data does not exist. If the user starts typing currently in fields you can see that it automatically fills in the data if it exists in the sub-table. I would like to have it still do that but also, if the data does not exists then let the user continue typing and when they have reached the end of the field group (sub-table) then automatically add the data to the sub-table and move to the next field group. Currently this is not implemented and there are lots of problems when adding new data because it wants to see null values. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2K, XP with Access 2000
