We need a database driven web application (Access database using ASP) to track horse shows. This was posted a month ago. The chosen developer got sick and can't complete the project. The attached file is what he had completed so far. The database is a mess - he parsed thousands of html pages and pulled the raw data in, but it requires serious data scrubbing. Tables should look something like this: * Horses (HorseID, HorseName, sex, owner, birthdate, Sire, Dam) * Members (MemberID, FirstName, LastName, Type [DBAdmin, ShowAdmin, Owners, Judges or Riders], Address, City, State, Zip, Password, securityLevel) * Shows(ShowID, ShowName, location, BeginDate, EndDate, ShowAdminID(MemberID)) * Divisions * Classes(ClassID, EventID, EventName, EventDate, JudgeID, Division, ClassType) * Class Types * Entries(ClassID, HorseID, RiderID, OwnerID, Placed) * Shows have Classes (events) * Classes have Entries (horse, owner, rider, and how horse placed in event) and Divisions
## Deliverables
I want a developer or team that has experience working with MS Access interfaces and VBA since the customer may later want a desktop interface for the application. The current interface will be web only. Deliverables: Public web interface will allow non-secured access to view data only * View shows, see events, see participants and their placement in each event. * View horses (via search) and their shows/events/placement * View Owners (via search) and their horses/events/placement * View Riders (via search) and their events/shows/horses * Calculate High Point Standing (see [login to view URL]) Private web interface will allow users to log in and do the following: * "DBAdmin" role can search, view, edit, add, and delete records in all tables. * "ShowAdmin" can only add/delete/edit ShowEvents and EventParticipants records for shows where they are listed as the ShowAdmin. They will select horses from horses table and riders/owners from members table with the horse owner coming up as the default for owner and rider. The final product should look a lot like the current [login to view URL] website. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
MS Access, ASP running on a windows server. Should work in all 4.0+ browsers.
