I am looking for an appointment system that allows employees to schedule appointments. It must be multi-user since more than one employee will be using the system at the same time.
The main account has administrative access, and sets the times that are available generally for appointments, and can block certain periods off as not available.
All remaining appointments can be booked by employees.
When patients have arrived employees must be able to confirm the patients in the application. Example would be to change the color of the appointment time.
Must be an easy to use system.
The calendar will be based on 7 days, 24 hours possible, in units of 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or 30 minutes, depending on what the main account sets.
The interface must be done nicely; I would prefer something easy to navigate and very user friendly.
There will be 3 different appointment types, and each appointment type has its own appointment times and available dates. For example Surgery and normal appointments are 2 different appointment types with 2 different available times.
The main account will be able to make different templates based on an entire week.
Example - one week has only Monday and Wednesday available, with specified times while another week has Monday through Thursday available, at other times.
The main account can schedule these week on top of a larger calendar, to build a longer schedule, if his weeks are not all the same.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
