Convert a simple html site to Drupal

The book you have referred is a very good book for drupal beginners, we also recommend this book to our clients. The conversion of html to drupal is not very tough process. You have already installed drupal in your system and wants to share your computer through the team-viewer. The design of your site is very simple but we need to access all the images, flash video file and the content you have created in your micromedia site. At first we have to design the theme with the given colour, images. Next we can create menu from administer->structure->menu and then we can create the each node or page and add them to the menu. The node can be created from add content option from the administer menu. If you wish we can also add social networking features in this site and for that we can use fb_connect, twitter modules with extra charges..
