Business Information Collection

This project requires the bidder to collect information on companies included in our database, including whether the company has a website, their local phone number, a company description and whether they publish a corporate sustainability report.

## Deliverables

The successful respondent will be required to complete the following tasks to complete the? attached spreadsheet:

1. Identify whether the company has a local and/or national website - if so, enter it into the URL field.

2. Identify the company's phone number for the address included - if identified, enter into the Phone field.

3. Identify a Company/Product Description that can be entered into the Product Description field.

4. Identify if the company has a corporate sustainability plan and if so, enter 1 in the CorpSustainRpt field and, if so, enter the url for the report in the CorpSustainRptURL field.

There are 12,605 records that must be searched for this information.? It is recognized that information for all companies will not be available; however, it is expected that a majority of this information can be collected from other web sources.

The purpose of this information is to fill fields in our online database, so that it is more complete and reflects this as an example:
