Cold Fusion/Database work needed on existing Real Estate web site (548026)

I have inherited a database project that needs some minor clean up. It is developed in Cold Fusion. I am not 100% on the server environment, but am almost 95% that it we are working with an Access DB and a Windows Server environment. Client requires the following to be done for the site: [login to view URL] 1) Repair new listing photo download. When I add a new photo, it appears as a black box on the Listings page. (Comments: This appears to be a file upload issue. Becuase if you visit the listings section of the site and see the broken image links, it seems that the image is not loading into DB properly.) 2) Add a hyper-link feature to the text field of each new listing. (Admin comment: This is a matter of simply adding a new DB table to accomodate a URL link within property admin to display on the details page of that property record so it can link directly to the URL from the dtails page). 3) Repair the home page photo rotation (all of the ACTIVE properties should rotate randomly). (Admin comment: Tihs is pretty self-explainitory. The random image script is not working on the home page for the Featured listing homes... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Server, COld Fusion, Access DB, SQL, and/or MySQL
