Adobe FLEX 3.0, MS SQL Server, Actionscript Developer

# We are looking for an advanced? FLEX programmer that can hit the road running on a RIA application we are currently developing. We need a star programmer with at least 7 years developing experience unless you can send some samples that will impress our team. We have to make a decision soon and we would like to know your hourly rate, availability (Hours per week) and please send links to sample completed FLEX applications you have been involved with (Describe Role) or projects completed on your own. 3 month position available with potential for full time position. User interface, interaction and Coldfusion experience a plus. We may hire you to do one module to test your skills.
