Data Entry Tool Features

Add following features to our data entry application. 1) for category : composite/Computer: I want the add composite bring 10 12 field when i strart the form. I want the first 5 to have static [login to view URL] i remove entry, it should not show up in the csv file 2- I want to have the ability to add child sku from the add composite item form 3) I dont have access to view the composite form csv file. so is there a way i can have access to it from user manager 4) ability to have a lookup window where i can consult my inventory title that will bring price 5) Calculator that will calculate costs of Ebay and Amazon accoriding to different percentages. 6) Take a CSV file and import its data for title and price search in database.
