Customize Optimize Press and DAP to Function Correctly in Wordpress

Hi there. I have installed the Wordpress, The Optimize Press Theme and the DAP & WP-LIVE plugin.. Now - it's not working.. so I need a wordpress expert who can get all the three parts to work. 1. Get the site to work correctly. 2. Program the membership area using DAP. 3. Program "Order Button" to work with our already made order form. 4. Program Member Login (so the customer will get a login info through email and can instantly login) 5. Program the Member's Area with Optimize Press. All I have to do is use Optimize Press to customize the member's area and the sales page. Thanks!
