Custom hybrid app with PHP/JS(Dojo) for Cordova/Joomla

Hi, I need help with a custom mobile application. Your PHP/JS/CSS must be above average. Its 40 days left, I estimate your work load around 3 days the week. The app it self is build on our own mobile-app builder (its a web-based mobile-web-app (Cordova), done in strong OOP based Dojo-Framework). We've done the first app already for this customer. So finally the base is there, now we need to add more a few more features. The budget is 3000-4000$, according to your skills and coding quality. We need to add this new features to an existing app : [login to view URL]:null-bisoux_app_cliente_versao7.png. (QR-Code code and Joomla-Connectivity is done already). Steps: 1. You'll need to setup Tomcat server instance under Linux (only) in order to have a local 'xapp-studio' instance. The app is done with our '[login to view URL]'. Otherwise we create a virtual machine for you! 2. We recommend to use PHP-Storm for actually developing the app. 3. You must write the app with within our framework. For instance : no jQuery allowed, not external libraries allowed, except we say so. 4. You will need to sign an NDA. 5. We split the app in 3 mile-stones. Each milestone will have different parts. 6. Payment, I don't know Freelancer but this way works for us : We'll give you at the first a few little tasks only, making you busy for 2-3 days. That is being paid. If you do well and it turns that we can trust you but also your code quality is enough, we can setup further payments per milestone = 1000$ per week. You will be always paid after a milestone has been completed. However, we can pay a little up-front too(per milestone). We will do a few tests of your work on our phones here. In case, something is not working, or not working well. You will need to fix this, also when the problems occur or pop-up after our integration tests. As the system is really complex but also little buggy, we need to make one training/introduction day next week. then : this is just one of the jobs we can offer you, and if you do well, we are interested to build a long-term relation with you.
