Clean Up Source Code on an Age Restricted Website

I have a 15 page "old school" basic website already built and i need to have the code cleaned up and to make it cross browser compatible - including mobile phones. currently it is very basic as you will see and i wish to keep it as basic as possible. as the website is adult/sexual in nature (not hardcore but adult concepts) do not bother to apply for this work if adult concepts offend. the site also includes 2 php forms that need to be transferred from a web-based forms website to mine. you will see them on the site as they are linked from the form site and i wish them to be residing on my server without any relationship to where i designed them. there are also a few bugs that i know of specifically on my FAQ page relating to fragments. all but 2 of the FAQ links function and i can not get the last 2 to behave. i have also included the script for Google translate on my pages but the widget will not appear in every instance, this would need to be functional for the entire site as well. i am assuming there is something a bit out of place with the google script on those pages, or a conflict with another element of the code, but i can not seem to figure it out. here is the URL:[login to view URL] go have a look and please be sure to check the "Register" section as that is where the forms are. despite what the site may appear to be it is not a site for me to make money, it is for some friends who have asked me to do this for them, but if it all works out there may be some potential if they get others interested. then i would want to totally redesign the site and add some bells and whistles. so if i am happy with this first bit, and if i decide to improve the site, the freelancer who wins this bid would most likely get that work as well. i am budgeting this at 50 USD (no need to place bids higher, i will not respond. please do not make offers over 50 US dollars regardless of what you may think you have to offer. i am not interested as i am doing this as a favor for a friend. it would be good if this work could be accomplished in a week's time. any questions, comments or suggestions please feel free to reply with them.
