Change the text within an e-mail variable in magento {{var payment_html}}

Hello, In the attachment you will find a clear visual display of our problem. We have a problem with the e-mail variable {{var payment_html) in the order new guest and order new transactional e-mails. The e-mail variable {{var payment_html}} calls the Payment method and the Payment description. We have placed the variable {{var payment_html}} in a sentence: U heeft gekozen voor {{var payment_html}}, bekijk hieronder de status: (English: You have chosen for {{var payment_html}}, check your status below:) GOOD – HOW WE WANT IT TO BE What it should display is: U heeft gekozen voor Achteraf betalen, bekijk hieronder de status: (English: You have chosen for Downpayment, check your status below:) WRONG (CURRENT SITUATION) Wat it displays now is: U heeft gekozen voor (delete enter) Achteraf betalen Bij achteraf betalen vragen wij 30% aanbetaling van het totaalbedrag. Na het afronden van uw bestelling ontvangt u een factuur met het juiste bedrag en onze betalingsgegevens. Uw bestelling wordt in behandeling genomen zodra uw aanbetaling ontvangen is.
