C++ HW (look for HW Expert)

Hi I need write HW deadline 6 pm EST evening.(i'll accept bifd in 20 hours or less) Please also be ready send report (estimate time of finish) saturday evening. (And we could work in long term) Please NOTE I'm expert in c++ so please don't bid if you don't know specifics of USA HW's. Here is start of assignment You will set up a database for student records. Part of the code is shown on the next page. You MUST use this code without modification. Your task is to add the implementation of the functions that are declared and used. The database exists as a file on the HDD when the application is not running so the records are safely stored. When the application starts, it asks the user for the name of the file (for example ***[login to view URL]***) and loads the records into dynamic memory in three stages: * Each group of first name, last name, id and mark are copied into a StudentRecord struct that is dynamically stored on the heap. However, the first and last names are also on the heap in only as much memory as they need. * An array of StudentRecord* pointers stores the addresses of these structs; the name of the array is Records complete assignment in attached file ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
