C++ Qt image manipulation

Hello everyone, I need a C++ Qt4 application for manipulation images, in addition to the zooming, rotating options, the program will have 2 panes; One which contains the original image where we can select regions (rectangle regions) from it, and move them to the 2nd pane The 2nd pane, will be of a predefined size (constant), where the selected regions from the 1st pane will be placed, in this pane, the selected regions can be moved around and re-sized This is a high level description, and for those who are interested, please send me a message, and I can provide much more information This project is subject to enhancements, and continuation, so if you feel you are up to the test, please provide a bid, or drop me a comment I'm myself a C++ Qt developer, and I will be working closely along side with you on this project, but I'm busy with other issues to take this on my own!
